How paying on Keepr works
The seller is paid only after you confirm you got your order.
- 1. You order and payPay through Paystack's secure checkout. Delivery and service fees are shown before you pay.
- 2. Keepr holds the seller's shareThe money sits in Keepr's Paystack account. The seller sees a paid order but can't withdraw it yet.
- 3. Seller prepares, rider deliversChat with the seller and rider in the app. Or pick it up yourself.
- 4. You confirm, seller gets paidTap "I've received it" and the seller's (and rider's) earnings are released for withdrawal.
🛵 Delivery or pickup
- Delivery to your lodge or hostel costs ₦500 per 5 km, and you see the exact fee at checkout before you pay.
- Prefer to collect? Pickup has no delivery fee.
- Riders are students verified with their ID and vehicle papers. Delivery timing is agreed in the in-app chat; there's no guaranteed delivery time.
